【使用說明】

1. 將消毒棉棒插入鼻腔，棉棒尖端應插入2厘米；把棉捧在鼻腔內側轉動最少5個圈。使用相同的棉棒，對另一個鼻腔重複相同過程，以確保收集到足夠數量的樣本。

2. 將拭子標本放入提取管中，轉動拭子約10秒，將拭子頭壓在管壁上3次，使拭子中的抗原釋放。將噴嘴牢牢按在提管上。

3. 垂直握住提取管，將兩滴測試劑樣品加入檢測裝置 (S)孔中，並開始計時。

4. 於15分鐘讀取結果，並於30分鐘內讀取，否則結果失效。
